Abstract
Image enhancement algorithms may be the oldest in image processing. Many methods, regardless of implementation, share the same basic idea – noise reduction through image blurring. Blurring can be done locally, as in the Gaussian smoothing model or in anisotropic filtering; by calculus of variations; or in the frequency domain, such as Weiner filters. However a universal “best” approach has yet to be found. In the enhancement process in order to achieve better enhancement effect, the system takes more time to pay; the other for color digital image processing has not been a good result. Therefore, focus on late goals and improve the efficiency of color image enhancement. However, the algorithm has a disadvantage of needing more computing time when select a larger hybrid generation. Abstract
Self-Organizing Map (SOM) is in the greater concern in these days due to the hierarchy creating in document organization. It will be better for those problems where we needed clustering and visualization. Our direction of this paper is to find better clustering and classification techniques which will be profound in document organization. So in this paper we have proposed associative cluster to categorize the text data and then apply cuckoo search algorithm for finding the optimize rank in the related class hierarchy. For experimentation we have applied our approach on 8 different data and achieve better results in comparison to the previous methods.

Abstract
In current research trend some authors used some standard technique for feature reduction such as PCA, PCNN and neural network, but these methods not consider all features for processing fixed some number of feature. In this paper we proposed a feature selection and feature reduction method based on improved ID3 algorithm. The proposed algorithm select multiple feature for reduction and the reduce feature set participant the process of detection. The reduce feature of network file classified by ID3 classification algorithm. The ID3 algorithm in the case of small data size, if sizes of data are increase the selection of attribute process raised some problem related to feature selection. For the improvement of this problem used RBF function for increasing the biased value of feature and feature subset selection.
