Abstract
The diversity of human life invite number of medical problem such as liver disease, cancer disease and many more. The liver disease infects the human body system. And infect liver caused the death of human. For the prediction of liver infected disease used various mining algorithm such as clustering and classification. In this paper modified the clustering algorithm using self-organized neural network model and glowworm swarm algorithm. the glowworm swarm algorithm is new family of swarm intelligence and used for the process of feature selection and optimization. The optimized set of liver image data perform better cluster in near to symptoms of liver cancer and infection. The infected area mapped in counter value. The modified algorithm implemented in MATLAB software and used reputed liver cancer image dataset for the validation of process. Our empirical result shows better result instead of pervious algorithm.

Abstract
Wind power is the most reliable and developed renewable energy source over past decades. With the rapid growth of the wind generators in the power system grid, it is very essential to utilize the maximum available power from the wind for operate the wind turbine (WT) at its maximal energy conversion output. For this, the wind energy conversion system (WECS) has to track or operate at the maximum power point (MPP). However, making a choice on an exact MPPT algorithm for a particular case requires sufficient proficiency because each algorithm has its own merits and demerits. This paper develops the MPPT algorithm for tracking maximum power of the wind turbine. The simple and effective method is implemented in MATLAB for verification of result.

A control system speed control of impedance source inverter fed induction motor drive with peak dc link voltage control is proposed here. It will overcome the restrictions of voltage source inverter and might provide higher speed control and drive operation throughout voltage sags and traditional operating conditions. The peak dc link voltage utilized so as to achieve wonderful transient performance which reinforces rejection of disturbance, as well as thee input voltage ripple and load current variation, and have sensible ride through for voltage sags.
