Abstract
Customer churn prediction in Telecom industry is one of the most prominent research topics in recent years. It consists of detecting customers who are likely to cancel a subscription to a service. Recently, the mobile telecommunication market has changed from a rapidly growing market into a state of saturation and fierce competition. The focus of telecommunication companies has therefore shifted from building a large customer base into keeping customers in house. For that reason, it is valuable to know which customers are likely to switch to a competitor in the near future. The data extracted from telecom industry can help analyze the reasons of customer churn and use that information to retain the customers. So churn prediction is very essential in telecom industries to retain their customers. This study focuses on data mining techniques for reducing customer churn and also likely to reduce error ratio.

Abstract
The decision of production planning is decided by the top management of manufacturing company. The objective of production planning is to make decisions that would produces the best overall performance of company. In this paper modified the optimization process for this integrated optimization. Because of the dynamic nature of the problem, the size of its solution is variable. To deal with this variability and find an optimal solution to the problem, MOPSO with new features in fitness constraints, velocity and cost selection as well as algorithm structure is developed herein. The modified multi-objective optimization algorithm used for the cost reduction of production unit. The modified optimization algorithm simulated in MATLAB software and used three worksheets of 9,15 ,20 days and estimated the compilation of job and compare with MOGA. The modified optimization technique gives better result instead of MOGA.

Abstract
Web Usage Mining (WUM) carries out exciting and crucial information for a group of people based on unlike work domains. We focus to generate patterns for the administrator of a website that is designed using cms. We consider a university website and try to identify the useful and meaningful information which can help the website administrator to manage the website. In the proposed they used Content management system (CMS), in which web pages are designed with same page name and it only uses the concept of unique id for retrieving the content of page. This makes the procedure of completion of path more complicated and hard. Sessions are taken into consideration for the particular user for the details. Browsers and operating systems are used for the user id which performed the tree for the visited users.

Abstract
The transmission and storage of medical image is very challenging task. The medical image occupied more space for storage and more bandwidth for transmission. For the efficient storage and transmission required lossless image compression.In this paper proposed a block based DWT image compression technique using genetic algorithm and HCC code matrix. The HCC code matrix compressed into two different set redundant and non-redundant here generate similar pattern of block coefficient. The similar block coefficient generated by particle of swarm optimization. The process of particle of swarm optimization is select the optimal block of DWT transform function.The proposed algorithm implemented in MATLAB software. This software is well known application for image processing. The process of implementation also used two different algorithms such as DCT and HAMARD. The experimental result shows that our proposed algorithm produces better result in compression of DCT and HAMARD.
